Category Procurement Intern - Marketing & Sales Poznań

Role & team overview

Join our Regional Western Europe Procurement team supporting Marketing&Sales Categories working in diverse marketing areas across the region: creating agencies activation agencies and event pack design marketing insights point of sale materials.

You will gain insight into how procurement collaborates with marketing and customer teams to ensure effective campaign execution budget control and solid supplier partnerships.

This role combines analytical work with close cooperation with marketing stakeholders - great if you are interested diverse projects management.

What youll be doing:

Supporting Category Managers in day-to-day procurement activities including negotiation with suppliers demand management contract management data analysis savings reconciliation
Collaborating with stakeholders across Western Europe
Searching historical data in the systems e.g Ariba Sievo SAP another tools

We are looking for colleagues who:

Enjoy an international environment
Speak English (min B2 level)
Have a teamwork approach
Are available for at least 20 hrs. per week
Holds or is pursuing a degree in Economics Business Law or a related field
Is receptive to new ideas takes initiative and takes ownership of work
Has good MS Office skills (especially Excel and Power BI)
