Full Time plus travel to all offices in the your regions to support Hygienists.

Skills Required to Make a Great Impression on Our Team

• Exhibit adaptability being prepared to visit and assess our many practices in order to optimize patient care and hygiene practices
• Ability to work with teams productively and amicably establishing relationships while coaching and guiding team members in our hygiene goals
• Display strong communication skills discussing performance problems and identifying causes in order to resolve issues among our practices
• Possess strong leadership skills training and instructing our team members and when necessary supporting office managers with recruitment interviewing and onboarding in a highly exciting fast-paced atmosphere
• Practice organizational skills while handling multiple tasks special projects and research when needed
