Job Summary
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- Perform inspections maintenance and repairs on generators ATS and related components
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues using appropriate tools and techniques
- Read and interpret service manuals schematics and wiring diagrams
- Complete service documentation and maintain accurate records
- Adhere to all safety standards and company policies
- Strong mechanical aptitude; electrical troubleshooting experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must own basic industrial tools (hand tools torque wrenches multimeters)
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Professionalism and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualification(s)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in generator repair or related field
- Technical training or military equivalent preferred
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Technical training or military equivalent preferred

Physical and Mental Requirements
- Pass pre-employment background check physical exam and drug screen
- Lift up to 5080 lbs occasionally
- Ability to stand bend and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
Work Environment
Primarily shop-based work with occasional field support. Exposure to noise dust and industrial equipment. PPE required at all times. Occasional overtime may be necessary.
