Role Overview:
- Performs data validation and quality checks to ensure high data quality. Identifies opportunities to optimize reporting processes and data workflows.
- Supports data standardization and governance initiatives and assists in maintaining data definitions metrics logic and documentation to ensure consistency in the usage of data and easier integration across different datasets.
- Identifies opportunities to automate recurring reports by designing building and maintaining dashboards and other possible data visualization platforms to provide an efficient and consistent data delivery.
- Responsible for analyzing assigned data sets by transforming data into actionable insights by analyzing the data identifying trends and pattern to enable data-driven decision making
- Works with IT and other data teams to support data requirements of different stakeholders
- Works with other cross-functional units to identify current and future data needs related to external data sets
Required Qualifications:
- Attained a Bachelors Degree in Statistics Data Science Math Information Technology Computer Science Computer Engineering Management Engineering
- With at least 3-6 years of relevant experience preferably in data analytics
- With experience in statistical analysis data management and data visualization and using tools for these (Advanced Excel SQL Python Tableau)
- Has to have good analytical critical thinking communication and interpersonal skills
