Job Summary
Job Title:SAP BTP CPI Consultant (Integration Suite)
LOCATION: SEATTLEWA DALLAS TX
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 10 - 15 YEARS
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled SAP BTP CPI Consultant with hands-on experience in designing developing and implementing integration flows (iFlows) using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI). The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP BTP Integration Suite API integrations and interface development across cloud and on-premise systems with a preference for candidates who have worked on end-to-end (Greenfield) implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
Implementation & Development
-
Design develop and deploy iFlows in SAP CPI
-
Configure and extend standard and custom iFlows
-
Build inbound and outbound integrations between SAP and non-SAP systems
-
Develop and manage API integrations and EDI interfaces
Integration & Interface Handling
-
Work with various adapters:
-
SFSF OData SFTP IDoc SOAP HTTP REST Process Direct
-
-
Perform data transformations (JSON XML CSV XML)
-
Implement integration patterns (splitter enricher message transformation)
-
Develop value mappings and Groovy scripts
SAP BTP & Technical Expertise
-
Work on SAP BTP Integration Suite / CPI / HCI
-
Utilize SAP Cloud Connector and CPI Cockpit
-
Handle security configurations (encryption decryption SSH keys)
-
Manage exception handling and sub-processes in iFlows
Testing & Support
-
Create test data and execute test cases
-
Provide technical support and troubleshooting
-
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
-
Act as a bridge between business and technical teams
-
Provide solutions to business users
-
Mentor junior team members
-
Participate in client discussions and requirement gathering
Required Skills:

Minimum 3 years of SAP CPI / SAP BTP Integration experience

Strong expertise in:
-
iFlow design & development
-
API Management (APIM)
-
Integration adapters (IDoc REST SOAP SFTP OData etc.)

Hands-on experience in:

Groovy scripting & value mapping
-
Data transformation (JSON XML CSV)

Knowledge of:

SAP Cloud Connector & CPI Cockpit

Security artifacts and encryption mechanisms
-

Experience with:

EDI integrations and middleware concepts

Understanding of cross-module integrations in SAP
Preferred Skills:

Experience in Greenfield (End-to-End) SAP implementations

Exposure to SAP Process Orchestration (PO)

Knowledge of manufacturing domain
