Für unsere Shopper & Customer Marketing Abteilung (OTC) am Standort in München suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine:n Werkstudent:in (m/w/d).

Du interessierst dich gleichermaßen für Marketing und Vertrieb Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig! Als Schnittstelle zwischen diesen beiden Bereichen erlebst du The Best of Both Worlds und eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams und externen Partnern. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine offene kreative und engagierte Persönlichkeit mit Hands-on-Mentalität und einem ausgeprägten analytischen Denken.

Deine Rolle bei Haleon:

• Shopper Aktivierungen: Du unterstützt bei der Planung und Umsetzung von POS-Aktivierungen von der Gestaltung der Materialien bis zum Reporting der Ergebnisse.

• Shopper Insights: Du analysierst Trends im Kaufverhalten und identifizierst Wachstumspotenziale innerhalb der Kategorie.

• Markt- & Category-Analysen: Du wertest Markt- und Shopperdaten aus und leitest daraus konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen ab.

• Sales Support: Du erstellst Trade Stories sowie Präsentationen und Verkaufsunterlagen für unsere Vertriebsteams.

• Cross-funktionale Zusammenarbeit: Du arbeitest eng mit Teams aus Marketing und Sales sowie mit weiteren internen und externen Partnern zusammen.

Das zeichnet sich aus:

• Du bist immatrikulierte:r Student:in der Wirtschafts- Betriebs- oder Kommunikationswissenschaften idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Marketing Sales oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang.

• Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Marketing oder Vertrieb sind ein Plus.

• Du verfügst über eine hohe Trendaffinität und hast ein gutes Gespür für aktuelle Entwicklungen in der Branche.

• Du gehst sicher mit Excel und PowerPoint um.

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab.
