Internal Sales Sales Agent

Were looking for a Sales Agent to join us at Telia.

Im Dobrica Sokanovic Sales Manager Broadband & TV and Im searching for someone ready to grow with us. Were a supportive forward-thinking team focused on delivering measurable sales results across Telias fiber upgrade program and on converting internally generated leads into new FWA and Fixed sales.

What youll do:

In this role you will primarily work with fiber upgrades within the SDU segment while also contributing to new sales across a broad product portfolio including FWA Fixed and Mobile services.

You will be responsible for handling incoming leads related to FWA and SDU new sales as well as managing customer relocations and contributing to sales within mobile and mobile broadband subscriptions.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Teams structure
• Experience using Salesforce ICX Homesales and SmallMaps is an advantage
• Proficiency in English both written and spoken is considered an advantage
