Responsibilities

  • Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgery or other medical procedures
  • Monitor patients vital signs and anesthesia levels during procedures
  • Collaborate with surgeons and other medical staff to ensure optimal patient care
  • Provide preoperative assessments and postoperative care
  • Educate patients and their families about anesthesia procedures and safety
  • Maintain accurate records of anesthesia administration and patient responses
  • Stay updated on best practices and advancements in anesthesia techniques
  • Assist in the development of anesthesia protocols and procedures

Requirements

  • Active certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
  • Strong understanding of anesthetic techniques and medications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced medical environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Commitment to patient safety and high-quality care
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in the field

Schedule: 8 or 10-hour shifts

Cases: Orthopedics general surgery endoscopy USGRA SAB LE central lines

Must be able to work independently

EMR: Epic

Must be board-certified

Paid travel & expenses
