Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Mack Sales & Service is seeking a disciplined and detail-oriented Data Entry Processor to support our administrative operations. This is a fully remote position designed for individuals who excel at processing large volumes of information with high speed and absolute precision. You will play a vital role in ensuring our digital records are accurate organized and readily available for our management team.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately input update and maintain information within company databases and specialized software.
Review source documents for errors or missing information and resolve discrepancies before processing.
Sort and organize digital files to optimize data retrieval and long-term storage.
Perform routine data audits to maintain the integrity and security of our record-keeping systems.
Communicate effectively with team members in a remote environment to coordinate task priorities and meet deadlines.
Adhere to strict data security and confidentiality protocols to protect company information.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Data Entry Processor Clerk or in a similar administrative capacity.
Exceptional typing speed and accuracy (tested proficiency is preferred).
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel Google Sheets and general database management.
Ability to stay focused and productive while working in a remote capacity.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple data streams simultaneously.
High school diploma required; further technical training or certification is a plus.
