As a Charge Nurse for our Surgery teams you will have unique opportunities at every corner. With an average of over 26000 surgical cases per year you will learn from multiple disciplines develop close relationships with your close-knit team and be able to make a difference in the lives of thousands. From trauma burn pediatrics neurosurgery cardiac surgery gynecology surgical oncology and much more your critical thinking and organizational skills will be key as you serve as the liason for your assigned area.
At Clovis Community you will be part of the family-like team that has been integral in helping us become a local favorite and one of the busiest sites in the world for da Vinci robotic surgery.We are a growing and state-of-the-art facility with 17 operating rooms and building out 6 more in 2022 with the opening of a new tower. The operating rooms have quick turnover and cases both inpatient and outpatient. As a member of our team you will need to be prepared to always be on the move. We are looking for an individual who can thrive in the quick turnover environment while maintaining a positive attitude alongside other team members.
