Youlldeliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions conduct assessments and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensivemental health & wellbeing support forclients with diverse needs. This role combines clinicalexpertisewith community connection offering variety and professional growth opportunities.
What Youll Do
Provide individual and group counselling services using evidence-based approaches
Conduct psychological assessments and develop treatment plans
Collaborate with social workersand community partners
Maintainaccurateclinical documentation and case notes
Participate in team meetings case reviews and professional development activities
Support clients and families navigate mental health challenges with compassion and cultural sensitivity
What Youll Bring
Registered Psychologist with AHPRA registrationor Qualified Registered Counsellor withPACFA/ACAregistration
Experience in community mental health orsocial services settingpreferred
Strong understanding of trauma-informed care principles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Cultural awareness and sensitivity to diverse communities
Commitment to professional development and reflective practice
