Youll be part of our People Experience team helping shape how our crew feels at work every day. You understand that the smallest details - a stocked kitchen tidy meeting spaces a printer with paper - can make someones day. You spot what needs doing and get it done - and you quietly take pride in a well-run environment.
YOU COULD BE THE ONE IF YOU
- Live for the details. You notice the little things others miss and fix them before anyone else does.
- Love a good list: organising sorting and ticking things off is your idea of a productive (and satisfying) day
- Think ahead. You anticipate what needs to be ordered and restocked before anyone notices its gone.
- Enjoy helping people whether its setting up a meeting room or making sure the coffees ready to go you find joy in making things easier for the people around you
- Bring the energy. Youre warm personable and the kind of person who lifts a room just by being in it.
IF YOU WERE HERE LAST WEEK HERES WHAT YOU MIGHT HAVE DONE
- Tackled the daily essentials. Kept the kitchen tidy kept the dishwasher running refilled the snack drawers and made sure rubbish and recycling were sorted
- Optimised our office seating. Fine tuned our seating plan to make sure everyone has a desk to work from when theyre in the office
- Kept things functional. Spotted a small maintenance issue and coordinated a tradesperson to fix it
- Stayed across office admin. Sorted and scanned mail checked the postbox and made sure everything reached the right people
- Jumped in where needed. Partnered with the People Experience team to spot a few pain points in the office and helped brainstorm some fixes.
LOCATION HOURS & CONTRACT
This is a full-time role based in our Collingwood office. Were open to casual and fixed-term contract arrangements with a minimum term of 6 months.
