Job Summary

Claiborne Senior Living is hiring a Concierge to serve as the welcoming face of our senior living this role you will create a warm professional and responsive front desk experience for residents families guests and team members. This is a part-time weekend position.

What Youll Do

Greet residents guests and visitors with warmth and professionalism

Answer and direct phone calls efficiently and courteously

Manage the front desk and maintain an organized welcoming workspace

Coordinate transportation requests for residents

Assist with event coordination and community activities as needed

Respond to resident inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally

Maintain knowledge of community services amenities and policies

Manage packages and deliveries

Support leadership with administrativetasks asassigned

What Were Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent

1 year of customer service experience (healthcare hospitality or senior living preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Professional presence and positive attitude

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
