Role OverviewWe are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth hiring process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Sourcing- Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards social media and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
Interview Coordination- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates
- Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Prepare interview materials and assist in interview logistics
Recruitment Operations- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate databases
- Post job openings on various platforms (e.g. LinkedIn JobStreet company career page)
- Assist in preparing job descriptions and job advertisements
Employer Branding Support- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
- Engage with candidates on social media and professional platforms
Reporting & Administration- Track recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-fill candidate pipeline)
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team
Collaboration- Work with HR and hiring managers to understand team needs and assist with onboarding or reference checks.
Qualifications- Bachelors degree in HR Psychology Business Administration or related field.
- 1-2 years of recruitment or HR operations experience preferably in a tech/fintech or BPO environment.
- Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken); Filipino/Tagalog is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with ATS/HRIS tools.
- Detail-oriented proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced cross-time-zone setting.
