Job Summary

Job summary:

Oversee inventory control system transactions warehouse coordination compliance documentation and resolve operational or delivery issues.

Job Responsibilities:

A. Inventory & System Control

Ensure accurate GR for vendor payments and stock from TN
Process write-offs with proper documentation and approval
Monitor and reconcile cycle count discrepancies
Handle system documentation for return of goods to TN
Execute HTO / U002 / U005 transactions accurately

B. Compliance & Documentation

Maintain ISO-related documentation and operational records
Support internal / external audit preparation
Ensure proper filing and documentation of operational records
Handle vendor registration via VMM

C. Operational Coordination

Coordinate / issue instruction to warehouse and drivers according to the plan
Monitor warehouse activities to ensure smooth operations
Follow up on warehouse maintenance and cold room servicing
Ensure proper handling of goods during inbound and outbound processes

D. Customer & Issue Handling

Handle customer complaints related to delivery
Investigate root cause and coordinate corrective action
Report operational issues to management

E. Additional Responsibility

Provide operational support when required due to manpower shortage
Perform other duties assigned by Management related to operation control

Job Requirements:

Bachelors degree/Diploma/Certificate in Business Administration Supply Chain Management Logistics Management or related field
Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role
Demonstrate working understanding of distribution centre distribution and transportation.
Proven hands-on experience in warehousing pick and pack functions.
Demonstrate strong appreciation of customer service requirements and commitment.
Demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel Word and PowerPoint)
Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English both written and spoken
