What Makes This Role Great:
In this role you will be the architect of our project-based financial cycles moving beyond simple data entry to solve complex billing puzzles and optimize proprietary tools that support our global revenue streams.
Key Exciting Responsibilities
- Billing & Invoicing: Support end-to-end billing processes with a specific focus on complex project-based invoicing.
- Cash Application: Accurately apply customer payments to outstanding invoices and reconcile accounts daily.
- Customer Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer billing inquiries resolving discrepancies efficiently.
- Tool Maintenance: Collaborate on the upkeep and data integrity of our proprietary in-house billing tool.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Education: Business management training (Office clerk) Certification as Financial Accountant advantageous
- Experience: 24 years in AR (Accounts Receivable) or general ledger accounting advantagous.
- Tech Savvy: Strong proficiency in Excel; experience working with custom ERPs or proprietary billing software is a major plus.
- Languages: Full professional fluency in German with strong communicative English (B2 level or higher).
