Jasmine Gift Shop Hours
East M-F 9am-6:00pm Closed Saturdays and Sundays
North M-F 9am-12am and Saturdays/Sundays 10am-5pm
South M-F 9am-7pm and Saturdays 10am-5pm Closed Sundays
Where you fit in
The Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for providing customer service in a professional and courteous manner run the cash register maintain inventory receives prices and stock merchandise.
- Answers the telephone with appropriate telephone etiquette.
- Operates the cash register/Point of Sale System maintaining accurate inventory and correct pricing by ensuring each item is scanned correctly during sales transaction.
- Merchandises product on the sales floor as directed.
- Cleans displays and shelves and straightens merchandise on a routine basis.
- Monitors inventory for expiration dates.
- Receives prices and stocks merchandise.
- Monitors store traffic and notifies manager or security if there is a suspicion of shoplifting.
- Maintains a positive and productive working relationship with other members of the department.
- Respects the confidentiality and privacy needs of the patients family and staff.
- Participates in cross training for work in the other stores and rotates to other stores as needed.
Your exceptional skills
Demonstrated customer service skills and compassion to patients/family members. Ability to give and receive instruction written or verbal. Must be able to make basic mathematical calculations accurately and in a timely manner. Must be a team player with highly developed problem solving and communication skills. Must maintain composure when dealing with stressful situations. Ability to learn rapidly and perform a variety of tasks in an accurate and timely manner. Must be willing to work at multiple locations as needed with a flexible schedule to work events. Attention to detail.

- High School Diploma or GED required.
