Position Summary
We are seeking a Customer Journey Specialist to guide our customers throughout their entire vehicle purchase process. This is a full-time non-commission role focused on delivering exceptional service clear communication and trusted advice in a no-pressure environment.
First Year Earning Potential: $60000 - $90000
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcome and consult with customers to understand their vehicle needs
- Present transparent one-price vehicle options clearly and confidently
- Manage the full vehicle purchase process including paperwork financing trade-ins and delivery
- Present and explain available vehicle protection packages after financing ensuring customers understand their options without pressure
- Maintain consistent proactive communication to build and maintain customer relationships
- Collaborate with dealership teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Uphold a non-commissioned no-haggle sales approach
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and manage customer needs effectively
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
Work Environment
This position requires working at our dealership in Murfreesboro TN. Saturdays and some evening work is required.
