Position Summary
We are seeking a Customer Journey Specialist to guide our customers throughout their entire vehicle purchase process. This is a full-time non-commission role focused on delivering exceptional service clear communication and trusted advice in a no-pressure environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Welcome and consult with customers to understand their vehicle needs
Present transparent one-price vehicle options clearly and confidently
Manage the full vehicle purchase process including paperwork financing trade-ins and delivery
Present and explain available vehicle protection packages after financing ensuring customers understand their options without pressure
Maintain consistent proactive communication to build and maintain customer relationships
Collaborate with dealership teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
Uphold a non-commissioned no-haggle sales approach
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
High level of integrity and professionalism
Demonstrates a consistent commitment to excellence in performance and attitude
Thrives in a collaborative team-first environment with a shared focus on success
Ability to multitask and manage customer needs effectively
Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
Work Environment
This position requires working at our dealership in Murfreesboro TN. Saturdays and some evening work is required.
