Essential Duties for this position include but are not limited to:

• Selecting or modifying components according to measurements and specifications
• Must be able to operate a hi-lo and have knowledge of using clamp to move product
• Must be willing to rotate to different workstations as production needs require
• Use air and battery powered tools to complete assemblies according to work instructions
• Must be flexible in work assignments as different seating models require different assembly operations
• Constantly lift and/or move up 10 lbs. frequently lift and/or move up to 40 lbs.
• Good understanding of quality control principles
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent hand-eye coordination
• Aligning material and putting together parts to build more complex units
• These are entry level opportunities. Training will be provided and no previous experience is necessary

Qualified Applicants for Immediate Consideration Should Have:

• Reliable Transportation
• Good Attendance Record
• Previous experience in a warehouse manufacturing fulfillment or production environment is beneficial but not required
• Ability to work 1st shift (shift starttimes varyby department)
• Good Attitude
