- Excellent email skills and communication skills.
- Must have hands-on experience in troubleshooting & administration Cisco ASA 5500-x All series with SFR modules Firepower series 1600 /FMCv.
- Must have hand on experience on palo alto firewalls and Panaroma.
- Hands on experience on cisco ISE All SNS 35XX series with min software version 3.0 and above will be advantage
- Able to Understand customers existing security policies and mapping those into Security boxes.
- Participate in technical bridge call when there is an P1 outage in the network of customer.
- Good understanding of all VPN concepts and troubleshoot on IP sec and SSL VPN based issues.

- Any Engineer graduate (preferably in Comp Sc/ ECE/IT) or Graduate with Security certification
- Any Engineer graduate (preferably in Comp Sc/ ECE/IT) or Graduate with Security certification
- Security Certifications like CCNA/ CCNP/CCIE security
- Candidate have to work in 24*7 shift. He needs to resolves all P1/P2/P3 security related issue of customers within timeline SLA.
