Job Summary
Schwarz Digits creates the technological foundation for digital sovereignty in Europe. As the IT and digital division of the Schwarz Group we develop and manage the IT infrastructures for the retail divisions Lidl and Kaufland as well as Schwarz Production and PreZero. At the same time we operate as an independent provider in the external market to support companies across Europe in their digital transformation. We bundle our core services in the areas of Cloud Cyber Security Data & AI Communication and Workspace.

Your Tasks
- You develop the individual potential and strengths of your employees and actively support them in achieving their career goals.- You search and find the right candidates to successfully enable the growth of STACKIT.
- You are responsible for the design development provisioning and operations of our Observability Suite services and are significantly involved in the creation validation and sustainability of system designs as well as the operational performance and improvements of the services.
- You know your way around code - can conduct code reviews thereby ensuring that the code meets our requirements regarding scalability maintainability and correctness.
- You have a comprehensive understanding of your customers needs are responsible for the technical vision of the product and are significantly involved in the roadmap.
Your Profile
- You are a Servant Leader with a passion for guiding people on their path and supporting them according to their individual needs.
- You have the necessary skills to always maintain an overview even in a fast-paced complex environment. Even with various competing priorities you keep an eye on the big picture and manage to deliver the best possible results.
- You have quite a few years of experience in the development and implementation of software products with Golang and Kubernetes under your belt.
- You possess strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- You ideally have experience in the development architecture and operations of Cloud Services and/or Observability Services
- A strong team spirit and the ability to communicate effectively across functions are natural for you.
- You are business fluent in English (German is a strong plus).
