Job Summary
University Home Care Inc is seeking a dedicatedHomecare Physical Therapist with Kinnser experience to provide exceptional in-home physical therapy services to patients in Southfield MI and the surrounding areas. This role requires a compassionate professional able to deliver personalized care plans that support patient mobility and recovery in a home setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home physical therapy evaluations and treatments in accordance with established standards.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on improving patient function and quality of life.
- Document all patient interactions and treatment progress accurately using Kinnser software.
- Communicate effectively with patients families and healthcare team members to coordinate care.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Travel to patient homes within Southfield and surrounding areas as required.
Requirements
- Valid physical therapy license in the state of Michigan.
- Experience with Kinnser homecare software required.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patient homes.
