Were currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Global Cryptography Operations Lead.

Youll be making banking more secure by managing the global cryptography operations teams worldwide ensuring consistency and high-quality management of the organisations most important cryptographic assets.

In this role youll:

• Define and deliver vision strategy and roadmap forkeys andhardware security modules management alongside capability teams
• Work with business and technology owners to agree scope and priorities
• Ensure that best practicesforcryptography operations globally are followed
• Ensure thespeed of delivery andquality of work for the team and reportissues appropriately and promptly
• Set clear objectives and lead performance management for the global team
• Act as a point of escalation for complex cryptography operations problemsand/or incidents
• Liaisewithmultiplevendorstoachievehigh qualitydelivery

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

• Hands-on experience of managingkeys andhardware security modules management(on and off premises)and/or secure cryptography room management
• Understanding and knowledge of common industry cyber security frameworks standards and methodologies including but not limited to:NIST standards FIPS PCI DSS
• Proventrack recordof working with technical Cybersecurity and/or operations teams
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience of understanding and meeting the needs of multipleinternationalstakeholders
• Excellent understanding of cybersecurity principles global financial services business models as well as regional compliance standards relevant local regulations and applicable laws
• A background in information systems technology architecture design and service delivery of defence-in-depth capabilities
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing global teams and leading large complex programmes
• An ability to communicate complex and technical issues to diverse audiences orally and in writing in an easily understood authoritative and actionable manner
