Job Summary
IHRE AUFGABEN
- Verstärkung für Contract-/Projekt-Management zum AGFGfK Vertrag (inkl. Tracking der sich daraus ergebenden Aufgaben und Termine)
- Unterstützung bei Vertragsverhandlungen und beim Kundenmanagement
- Dokumentierung und Steuerung der Erfüllung der Vertragsanforderungen
- Erstellung und Begleitung von vertraglichen Change Requests
- Kaufmännisches Controlling des AGFGfK Vertrages und der Zusatzprojekte
- Beratung / Support von Projektteams hinsichtlich betriebswirtschaftlicher Fragestellungen (Angebotskalkulation Statusberichte interne Approvals)
- Unterstützung bei der Auftragserfassung
- Mitarbeit bei Planung Prognose und Reporting für den Bereich Media Measurement Germany und monatlicher Bericht an ZentralFinance
- Mitwirkung bei Monats und Jahresabschlüssen und monatlicher Bericht an ZentralFinance
- Durchführung von Abweichungs und AdhocAnalysen Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen
- Ausarbeitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen für die Leitung des Bereiches MMG
- Lokaler Ansprechpartner bei MMG für betriebswirtschaftliche Fragestellungen aus operativen Bereichen MMG MMG OPS
- Schnittstelle zu zentralen Abteilungen (Finance Controlling Legal Taxes)
WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen gerne mit Schwerpunkt Controlling
- 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung gerne im Bereich Projektmanagement Administration und Controlling
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MSOffice insbesondere Excel
- Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in SAP wären wünschenswert
- Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Analytisches und konzeptionelles Denken
- Eigeninitiative
- Selbständiges Arbeiten
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit Fähigkeit auch komplexe Zusammenhänge verständlich zu erklären
- Spaß an der Arbeit im Team / hohe Teamfähigkeit
- Interesse an einer langfristigen Zusammenarbeit
