Job Summary
- During your internship you will create and manage our product newsletter keeping our users informed about new features updates and best practices.
- You will support the design and maintenance of the Energy Management product customer information page and user portal.
- To further empower our users you will produce short training videos and digital learning materials enabling them to master our platform with ease.
- Furthermore you will contribute to editorial work (content creation storytelling knowledge articles) for our global product knowledge base.
- You will design visually appealing communication materials such as infographics guides and presentations.
- Finally you will help translate complex technical topics into clear engaging user content.
Qualifications :
- Education: studies in the field of Communication Media UX Information Systems Engineering or comparable
- Experience and Knowledge: in digital communication content creation and knowledge management
- Personality and Working Practice: you excel at translating complex topics into clear and engaging communication combining a creative structured and detail-oriented working style with an open approach to collaborating with technical teams
- Work Routine: your on-site presence is required with the possibility to work remotely part of the time
- Languages: very good in English
Additional Information :
Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 6 months
