Arrange transportation airport transfers tours and other guest activities.
Assist with restaurant reservations entertainment bookings and event arrangements.
Coordinate guest requests such as luggage assistance room amenities and special arrangements.
Manage guest messages parcels and deliveries efficiently.
Maintain guest preference records to enhance personalized service.
Ensure the concierge desk and lobby area remain organized and presentable.
Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
Handle guest inquiries feedback and concerns professionally.
Qualifications :
Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management Hotel Management or Tourism.
13 years of experience in Front Office Concierge Guest Relations or Customer Service within the hospitality industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of local attractions restaurants and travel services.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel systems (PMS).
Professional appearance and strong customer service attitude.
