Food Service Director (Retail)

Were looking for a strategic thinker a people-first leader and a food service professional to join the Dana Hospitality team as a Retail Director at a vibrant University campus in Mississauga.

What Youll Do

• Drive operational excellence across multiple units with both branded retail and Danas internal brand concepts.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure contract compliance.
• Collaborate with our Culinary Directory and Chef/Operations teams to craft creative on-brand menus and promotions.
• Champion health safety and food handling standards.
• Monitor budgets control costs and boost profitability.
• Train mentor and grow your team into future leaders.
• Lead new unit openings and construction projects.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies for growth.
• Partner with procurement to optimize inventory and supplier relations.

Qualifications :

Who Were Looking For

• A Great Attitude!
• 7 years of leadership experience in food service or hospitality. 
• Experience with multi-unit franchise operations and contract food management. 
• Excellent Customer and Client experience skills.
• Strong business acumen and team development ability.
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• A calm confident presence in both the kitchen and the boardroom. 
• Culinary background Red Seal is an asset.
• ServeSafe and/or FoodSafe certification.
