Senior Project Manager (Industrial Buildings)

As a Senior Project Manager you will be involved in:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients consultants and contractors to support successful project delivery.
• Develop and manage project schedules budgets and construction contracts including tendering and progress tracking.
• Oversee Site Plan Approval and Building Permit processes ensuring alignment with owner objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate meetings document minutes drive action items and ensure compliance with client document control standards.
• Provide clear timely reporting on project status risks and issues to support informed client decision-making.
• Administer contracts and service agreements across the project lifecycle including closeout documentation and warranty handover.
• Conduct site visits across BC and other provinces ensuring Health & Safety compliance and supporting operational transition.

Qualifications :

• Experience in highly serviced sectors such as industrial warehouses data centres life sciences and high-tech manufacturing.
• Strong contract management skills and familiarity with various procurement routes.
• Proficient in scheduling tools like MS Project and Primavera P6.
• Collaborative mindset with a best-for-project attitude and leadership capabilities.
• Proven ability to identify and implement efficiencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Solid understanding of construction technical matters including value engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets report writing and presentation development.
• Excellent communication organization and multitasking skills.
• Experience in business development and client relationship management.
• Degree or certification in Construction Management Engineering or a related field; professional membership preferred.

Additional Information :

The base salary range for this full-time role is $105000 - $130000 per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range depending on candidates experience and qualifications.
