Job Summary
Integration of intake and exhaust systems within the vehicle architecture ensuring compatibility with engine chassis and body systems
Development of packaging solutions considering thermal constraints space limitations and system performance
Definition and management of system interfaces between powertrain components and surrounding systems
Creation and analysis of DMU (Digital Mock-Up) models for interference checks and design validation
Coordination with cross-functional teams (engine chassis body) to ensure proper system integration
Support design reviews and validation activities throughout development phases
Identification and resolution of integration and packaging issues
Management of CAD data and engineering changes within PLM systems
Qualifications :
Experience in automotive system integration (intake exhaust or similar systems)
Strong understanding of vehicle architecture and packaging constraints
Experience with NX and Teamcenter (CAD design and PLM data management)
Knowledge of thermal constraints and system interactions is a plus
Experience with DMU analysis and interference management
Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple engineering teams
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Fluent English (mandatory)
