Crestview Cadillac is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team in Rochester Hills this role you will be the liaison between our service department and our valued customers ensuring a seamless and positive service experience. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs providing expert advice and coordinating service appointments to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and identify their service needs clearly and accurately
- Provide detailed vehicle service explanations cost estimates and timelines
- Schedule service appointments and maintain communication throughout the service process
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality service delivery
- Process service orders inspections and invoices accurately
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repairs to assist customers effectively
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner
- Promote additional services and products based on customer needs
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency with computer systems and service management software
- Ability to explain complex technical information clearly to customers
- Problem-solving skills and detail-oriented approach
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
