Job Summary

Are you interested in gaining hands-on experience in CRM- and lifecycle-marketing while making a real impact on the marketing efforts of an international company Then become part of our Marketing team!
Your Responsibilities
- Supporting the Senior CRM Manager in planning and executing CRM- and lifecycle-campaigns (e.g. email WhatsApp)
- Collaborating on data-driven customer journeys to increase engagement retention and growth
- Gaining deep insights into the world of CRM marketing at Sonova
- Creating marketing copy for various target groups and channels
- Quality assurance and performance monitoring of ongoing campaigns
- Close collaboration with Performance Marketing Content and Data & Analytics teams
Your Profile
- Enrolled student in communications business or humanities - comparable study programs are also welcome
- Careful and independent working style
- Analytical mindset - able to derive concrete actions from data
- Strong team player with high initiative and sense of responsibility
- Open-minded eager to learn and curious
- Very good written and spoken English (German is an advantage)#LI-NB1#LI-NB1
