As a Product Manager in Corporate and Investment Banking - Markets Technology you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground you guide the successful launch of products gather crucial feedback and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability resiliency and stability you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
Job Responsibilities
- Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
- Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
- Ownsmaintains and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
- Builds the framework and tracks the products key success metrics such as cost feature and functionality risk posture and reliability
- Define and communicate product vision strategy and roadmap for a data lake evolving into a data mesh ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable value

- Establish and track KPIs on adoption data quality and outcomes; use a workbackwards approach to translate needs into user stories acceptance criteria and deliverables
- Lead crossfunctional execution with engineering data science analytics and stakeholders; align scope/success criteria and oversee platform capabilities and scrum delivery
- Own and prioritize the backlog set Definition of Done and manage releases endtoend (prioritization sprint planning/reviews dependency coordination).
- Validate and test new capabilities (PySpark/Python SDLC workflows); proactively mitigate risks dependencies and impediments to protect timelines and quality
- Promote continuous improvement via retros training documentation demos and communications; apply conversational analytics and agentic AI to enhance reporting and workflows
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- 5 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle design and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery ideation strategic development requirements definition and value management
- Coding experience in PySpark and Python with the ability to comprehend high-level code functionality
- Demonstrated ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery ideation strategic development and value management
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present effectively to diverse stakeholders and senior management
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
- Proven track record of delivering quality results in a high-pressure rapidly changing environment demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed complex organization
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS preferred Google Cloud Azure); certifications
- Working knowledge of Data Engineering pipelines Data Lakes and Data Mesh
- Understanding of conversational analytics agentic ai GitHub co-pilot
