RN Nurse Manager- Home Health

Responsibilities for a Nurse Manager:

• Lead inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
• Directing and coordinating the care provided by a multi-disciplinary team of home health care professionals.
• Processing incoming referrals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources physicians hospitals and community partners to promote BAYADAs services and support business growth.
• Management and mentoring of Clinical Associates and field staff
• Facilitate new hire orientation of field staff
• Documentation review including OASIS
• Monitoring quality assurance
• Managing staff productivity and overall case management.
• Visiting clients as necessary.
• Coordinate and/ordeliver in-services for field staff.

Qualifications for a Clinical Nurse Manager:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 2or more years of experience as an RN
• Recent Medicare Certified Home Care experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Medicare Conditions of Participation.
• Thorough understanding of OASIS documentation and ICD-10 coding.
• Strong management and leadership background
• Excellent organizational interpersonal and communication skills.
