Job Summary
Job Description:
- Implementing sales strategies providing team leadership.
- Managing sales operations.
- Managing customer relationships.
- Analyzing sales performance.
- Collaborating with other departments.
- Conducting training and development for the on-trade.
- Managing sales budgets and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in marketing business or similar.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role for at least 2 years
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Google Workspace
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
- Preferably with a background in Food and Beverage.
Must be amenable to working at night and in the field.
Contract is 5 months only but a possibility of extension once required.
