Job Summary:

We are looking for a driven Sales Specialist (Solar) to focus on the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) segment. The role requires strong outdoor sales experience and the ability to build and maintain relationships with industrial clients particularly factory owners.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the C&I segment
Conduct outdoor sales activities including client visits and site meetings
Build and maintain strong relationships with factory owners and industrial clients
Present and promote solar energy solutions to potential customers
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution

Requirements:

Proven experience in outdoor or field sales
Experience in the renewable energy sector is highly preferred
Strong network with factory owners or industrial clients.
Good communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
