Role Overview:
As a Campaign Specialist you will serve as a trusted partner to businesses looking to enhance their digital presence and performance. From initial outreach to onboarding and early growth phases youll guide clients throughout their journeygaining a deep understanding of their goals offering customized strategies and laying the foundation for long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of small and medium-sized businesses supporting them in reaching their growth objectives
- Analyze client needs and challenges to deliver targeted results-driven solutions
- Handle the full sales cycle including prospecting qualification product presentations negotiations and smooth account activation
- Build and nurture strong client relationships through phone video and email communication
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling by recommending relevant products and strategies
- Monitor KPIs sales pipeline and performance metrics to refine and improve your approach
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to onboarding and ongoing support
- Stay up to date with industry developments digital marketing trends and best practices
Qualifications:
- Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C2) and English (C1 level)
- Experience: Minimum of one year of professional experience in sales or marketing
- Skills: Strong leadership qualities analytical mindset and excellent communication abilities
