German-Speaking Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager Barcelona (Hybrid)

What Youll Do:

Onboard new clients and act as a trusted advisor
Build and optimize PPC (Google Ads) campaigns
Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
Drive upselling and increase client investment
Manage a high volume of outbound calls and client interactions

What Were Looking For:

C2 German strong English
2 years in sales digital marketing or client-facing roles
Strong communication & relationship-building skills
Interest in digital marketing PPC and data-driven decisions
Proactive target-driven and solution-oriented mindset

What We Offer:

Salary: 24310 gross/year up to 4290 bonus
Hybrid role in Barcelona (39h/week)
