Job Description: We are currently seeking 12th pass candidates to join our team as Airport Ground Staff at Pune International Airport. As a part of our ground staff team you will be responsible for providing assistance and services to passengers aircraft and crew members. Key Responsibilities: 1. Greeting and welcoming passengers at the airport and assisting them with check-in and baggage handling procedures. 2. Ensuring the safety and security of passengers and their belongings at all times. 3. Assisting passengers with boarding and disembarking procedures as well as providing any necessary assistance during the flight. 4. Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner. 5. Coordinating with other airport staff including airline personnel to ensure smooth and efficient operations. 6. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment including the check-in counters and boarding gates. Requirements: 1. Minimum 12th pass qualification. 2. Excellent communication and customer service skills. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 4. Willingness to work in shifts including weekends and holidays. 5. Physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage. 6. Basic computer skills. 7. Prior experience in the aviation industry is a plus but not required. Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The working hours will be based on a shift schedule and you may be required to work on weekends and holidays. The contract will be for an initial period of one year with the possibility of extension based on performance.
