Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Automation Testing Engineer with hands-on experience in Selenium with Java API testing and CI/CD pipeline integration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and executing automated test scripts to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java
Execute functional regression and integration test cases
Perform API testing using tools like Postman/Rest Assured
Collaborate with developers and QA teams to understand requirements and create effective test strategies
Identify document and track bugs using defect management tools
Integrate and maintain automated test suites in CI/CD pipelines
Ensure test coverage scalability and reliability of automation frameworks
Participate in sprint planning stand-ups and other Agile ceremonies

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience in Selenium WebDriver with Java
Good understanding of TestNG / JUnit frameworks
Hands-on experience in API testing (REST/SOAP)
Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins GitHub Actions or GitLab CI
Knowledge of automation frameworks (Hybrid / Data-driven / Page Object Model)
Familiarity with version control systems like Git
Basic understanding of SQL and database validation
