We are hiring a Russian Game Presenter to join a modern broadcast studio in Bucharest. Host live game shows on camera engage online players worldwide and deliver highenergy professional entertainment. No prior presenting experience required full paid training provided.

Role overview

Present and host live games from a professional studio with confidence and enthusiasm.

Create an engaging interactive experience for online players.

Follow game rules and operational procedures to ensure consistent highquality broadcasts.

Participate in training and feedback sessions to develop oncamera skills.

Key responsibilities

Host live game shows on camera with clarity and charisma.

Interact with players to maintain a lively and entertaining atmosphere.

Adhere to game protocols and quality standards during every broadcast.

Adapt presentation style to different game formats and audience dynamics.

Candidate profile

Fluent in Russian (C1/C2) and proficient in English (minimum C1).

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid passport and documentation required for relocation.

Availability for rotating shifts totaling 40 hours per week (24/7 shift pattern).

Energetic confident on camera and strong communicator.

Comfortable working under performance metrics and live conditions.

Compensation & progression

First 9 months: 4124 RON net (828) 7049 RON gross (1418).

After 9 months: 5022 RON net (1008) 8585 RON gross (1727).

Performance bonus after 3 months of probation: 3000 RON net (609).
