100% no-touch freight no driver unload
60% drop-and-hook 40% live load/unload
Average miles per week
Mix of day and night shifts depending on freight flow

$0.56$0.65 CPM based on experience
Weekly earnings typically range from $1200 to $1500
Consistent miles support stable weekly income
Additional pay for stops layovers and breakdowns

Complete ELD logs trip reports and inspections
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections daily
Maintain clear communication with dispatch and customers
Qualifications
CDL-A license and minimum age of 21
Open to recent graduates and drivers with 6 months experience
Clean driving record with no major violations
No DUI in the past 5 years
No recent safety-related terminations
Employment gaps must meet company guidelines
Must pass urine and hair follicle drug screening
