Entry Level Drivers Program and Requirements

Guaranteed weekly pay during training with mentor
Training duration: 46 weeks
After completing training transition to solo pay starting at $0.56 CPM
21 years old with a valid CDL-A (Class A) license
Completion of at least 120 hours of truck driving school within the past 12 months
Stable employment history
During training mentors guide drivers through over-the-road routes teaching safe driving trip planning and freight handling. By the time you transition to solo youll be confident and ready to handle your own routes.

Primary responsibilities

Safely operate a Class A tractor trailer in compliance with DOT and company policies
Transport no touch dry van freight executing scheduled pickups and deliveries
Maintain accurate ELD records trip reports and DVIRs
Perform and document daily pre trip and post trip inspections
Communicate professionally and proactively with dispatch customers and team members

Who Qualifies

21 years old with a valid CDL-A (Class A) license
Open to recent CDL-A graduates and drivers with 6 months experience
Drivers license held continuously for the past 12 months without major violations
No at-fault accidents major citations or license suspensions in the past 3 years
No DUI in the last 5 years
No Safety terminations
Employment gaps not to exceed 6 months in the past year or 1 year over the past 3
Must clear both urine and hair follicle pre-employment drug screening
