Entry Level Drivers Program and Requirements

  • Guaranteed weekly pay during training with mentor
  • Training duration: 46 weeks
  • After completing training transition to solo pay starting at $0.56 CPM
  • 21 years old with a valid CDL-A (Class A) license
  • Completion of at least 120 hours of truck driving school within the past 12 months
  • Stable employment history
  • During training mentors guide drivers through over-the-road routes teaching safe driving trip planning and freight handling. By the time you transition to solo youll be confident and ready to handle your own routes.

Primary responsibilities

  • Safely operate a Class A tractor trailer in compliance with DOT and company policies
  • Transport no touch dry van freight executing scheduled pickups and deliveries
  • Maintain accurate ELD records trip reports and DVIRs
  • Perform and document daily pre trip and post trip inspections
  • Communicate professionally and proactively with dispatch customers and team members

Who Qualifies

  • 21 years old with a valid CDL-A (Class A) license
  • Open to recent CDL-A graduates and drivers with 6 months experience
  • Drivers license held continuously for the past 12 months without major violations
  • No at-fault accidents major citations or license suspensions in the past 3 years
  • No DUI in the last 5 years
  • No Safety terminations
  • Employment gaps not to exceed 6 months in the past year or 1 year over the past 3
  • Must clear both urine and hair follicle pre-employment drug screening
