Position Overview
Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for an assignment in Enid OK.
This role involves working within an acute and/or inpatient rehab setting providing high-quality patient-centered care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities

Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function
-
Treat patients recovering from illness injury or surgery

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
-
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
-
Adapt to changing patient needs and assignments
Requirements
-
Active PT License (State or Compact)
-
BLS Certification
-
Minimum 1 year of inpatient rehab or acute care experience
-
Degree in Physical Therapy required
-
Strong clinical and communication skills
Preferred
-
First Aid certification
-
Experience in interdisciplinary care settings
Assignment Details
-
MondayFriday schedule (8:00 AM 4:30 PM)

40 hours guaranteed
-
Every other weekend availability (approx. 1/month)

Must be available to work one holiday if needed

Must live 100 miles from facility
