Position Overview
Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a Long Term Care assignment in Town & Country MO.
This role focuses on supporting Physical Therapists in delivering effective treatment plans to help patients improve mobility strength and overall function.
Key Responsibilities

Assist Physical Therapist in implementing treatment plans

Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and mobility activities

Monitor patient progress and report updates to supervising PT

Support balance training strengthening and functional mobility

Educate patients and families on at-home techniques
-
Maintain clean and organized therapy environment

Assist with patient transfers and positioning

Complete documentation and administrative tasks
Requirements
-
Active Missouri PTA License
-
Minimum 1 year of PTA experience
-
LTC or Rehab experience REQUIRED

Strong communication and teamwork skills
Assignment Details

35 hours guaranteed per week

Day shifts (8-hour shifts)

No call

No weekends
