What Youll Do:

Reporting to the Merchandise Manager youll play a key role in building strong customer relationships. Youll support a diverse customer baseincluding local farmers primary producers and trade clientsby delivering a memorable experience both instore and over the phone while:

Performing general administrative tasks including stock control ordering receipting and dispatching of goods
Assisting customers with pricing and product queries
Processing counter sales
Maintaining safety processes
Assisting with merchandise campaign material
Maintaining a welcoming friendly and well-presented store environment
Loading and unloading trucks dispatching and unpacking orders and deliveries

What Youll Bring:

Youre someone who brings a strong customer service focus excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to think creatively to get the job done. You also have a genuine passion for Australian farming and agriculture ideally supported by knowledge of animal health and rural addition you will demonstrate:

Experience working within a sales environment
Effective written and verbal communications skills to build solid long-term customer relationships
Problem solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptly
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel Word and Outlook
