Role Summary
The Digital Experience & Campaign Specialist is a hands on digital and multimedia specialist responsible for creating highquality digital content and supporting the execution of campaigns across multiple channels. This role blends practical design execution with digital marketing delivery and optimisation ensuring that every asset is fit for purpose audience and channel.
Working closely with cross functional teams the role supports digital best practice to improve performance over time helping uplift digital capability and maturity within the business.
Job Purpose
To deliver high quality performance driven digital and multimedia assets and support the execution of digital campaigns across multiple channels. The role exists to ensure that all digital content is fit for purpose audience and channel while applying digital best practice data and optimisation insights to improve campaign effectiveness over time.
Through close collaboration with cross functional teams the Digital Experience & Campaign Specialist provides practical digital input and advisory support contributing to consistent execution excellence and the gradual uplift of digital capability and maturity within the business.
Job Responsibilities
Design specialist
- Design and production of digital assets (primary)
- Ensuring assets are fit for channel audience and campaign objective
- Ensure brand compliance and quality standards.
- Supporting campaign execution optimisation insights and reporting inputs
- Design decisions are informed by engagement digital best practice and continuous performance improvements.
Digital marketing execution
- Act as a digital marketing specialist within cross functional teams contributing relevant expertise.
- Support the end to end digital marketing production lifecycle from briefing through to delivery.
- Provide advisory support to ensure digital execution aligns with campaign and customer objectives.
- Uses data and insights to improve performance
Stakeholder management
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with identified key stakeholders to deliver on business results.
- Ensure that the strategy recommendation (ideation strategic direction etc) are in alignment with the clients goals and brand positions.
Essential Qualifications - NQF Level
- Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
- Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees
Preferred Qualification
Advanced Diploma or Bachelors degree (NQF 7) in one of the following:
- Digital Marketing
- Graphic / Multimedia Design
- Marketing Communications
- Visual Communication or similar
Minimum Experience Level
36 years experience in multimedia and digital marketing roles within the financial services preferably Insurance.
Preferred Certifications
Digital marketing related certification (beneficial)
