Job Summary
University Home Care Inc is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist with Home CareKinnser experience to provide compassionate and professional therapy services to patients in Westland MI and surrounding areas. Responsibilities
- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and treatments in patients homes within Westland and neighboring communities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Document clinical progress using Kinnser software accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care.
- Provide patient and family education to support therapy goals and promote recovery.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company policies.
Requirements
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Michigan.
- Experience with Kinnser software in home care settings preferred.
- Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation to travel within Westland and surrounding areas.
- Ability to work independently and manage scheduling effectively.
