What Youll Do
- Use specialized software to create/update technical publications (such as manuals training courses engineering change control documents etc.) **Adobe Framemaker**
- Training and mentoring junior staff.
- Recommend changes to department procedures work instruction and standards.
- Adhere to company policies procedures and standards.
- Review (for inconsistencies/errors) of technical publications and change control documentation.
- Evaluate existing processes and workflows to identify areas that could benefit from changes and improvement.
- Ensure tasks are completed on time and within the specified budget.
- Additional tasks as assigned.
What You Bring
- Post-Secondary Engineering related certificate or higher from a recognized institution.
- 1-year minimum experience in field.
- Proficiency with Technical Writing (Frameworker experience is a large asset).
- Computer proficiency (Document Management Software MS Office Word Excel and Outlook).
- Project Management knowledge is an asset.
- Exposure to engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of integration processes (general assembly tooling order of operations).
- Aptitude in Drafting software (Autodesk Inventor experience is an asset).
- Aptitude in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

Security & Safety Requirements
- Must be a Canadian citizen or Permanent Resident of Canada.
- Able to obtain a Canadian Class 2 Security clearance.
- Must have a clean background history and obtain criminal record check
