Job Summary

Join Arvato as anInbound Supervisor - 1st shiftand take charge of leading our Pick/Pack/Ship operations to ensure timely accurate and high-quality order this role youll manage labor and equipment oversee receiving and material transfers and collaborate with the control tower to optimize workflows and meet customer requirements. If youre a proactive leader with experience in warehouse operations and a passion for driving performance we want you on our team.

YOUR TASKS

Supervise and manage the labor and equipment of the Pick/Pack/Ship operation.
Ensure on-time completion and maintain the quality of orders to meet customer requirements.
Collaborate with the control tower on labor management and order prioritization. You will oversee direct shipping pick pack and traffic.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of employees.
Receiving of materials.
Transferring of materials.
Hire and ensure proper training of new employees for the picking packing and shipping departments.
Ensure proper procedures are adhered to and up to date for the control tower for current and new customers.
Performance management of all employees (KPIs).
Document update and ensure procedures and quality processes are followed.
Maintain supplies and equipment levels for the department.
Monitor and adhere to customer requests and vendor-specific shipping requirements.
Update and maintain Kronos and Metrics in Excel as it relates to WMS reporting.
Monitor picking packing and shipping functions on the floor.
Ensure that shift-end specific procedures with all shipping systems are completed and floor-end-of-shift close-out procedures are followed.

YOUR PROFILE

SAP or WMS experience
At least 2 years of experience leading teams of 10 or more direct reports in a manufacturing or distribution environment
Bachelors Degree or 5 years of experience in a warehouse environment
Knowledge of traffic coordinating
Experience handling a large volume of orders
Excellent skills in mathematics
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management
Work Location:6200 North Range Road Las Vegas Nevada 89115
Work Schedule: 5:00 am to 1:30 pm PST; ability to work overtime as needed
