At Ayvens we have an opening for a CRM Expert Salesforce (experienced).

What are you going to do

As our new CRM Expert Salesforce you will play a pivotal role in bridging the Product Management team and the Salesforce Delivery team. You will ensure that Salesforce solutions effectively support our business goals by challenging requirements validating solution designs securing application consistency and guiding countries toward optimal CRM usage.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting Product teams in requirements collection and challenging business needs.
• Ensuring a smooth handover of requests and business processes from Product to Engineering by validating requirement completeness.
• Transferring business requirements and technical tickets to CRM designers.
• Managing and prioritizing the backlog for maintenance sprint releases (quick wins).
• Validating development quality in test environments and assisting with demos and defect qualification during UAT.
• Participating in functional reviews and defining migration scenarios.

Who are we looking for

The ideal candidate has strong CRM expertise deep understanding of Salesforce and excellent collaboration skills to work effectively across departments cultures and geographical regions. You balance business value with technical feasibility and thrive in an international agile environment.

You will have relevant experience in a similar role preferably holding a Bachelors or Masters degree in a related field.

Additional requirements include:

• Expertise in Salesforce CRM (Classic Lightning)
• Knowledge of CRM and DevOps applications
• Ability to write challenge and understand Salesforce specifications
• Experience working in an international environment
• Strong problemsolving skills
• Ability to organize and run effective crossteam meetings
• Familiarity with Agile methods
• Fluent English is required.
• Availability for international travel depending on project needs
